Talbot Weaver joined the Larry H. Miller Utah Summer Games in March 2022 as a Sports Operations Assistant. He assists in general operations of all USG events, in addition to event coordination and equipment management.
A Cedar City native, Weaver graduated from Cedar High School before deciding on his hometown’s Southern Utah University.
He originally started his studies in business management, but switched to sports communication to pursue his passion for the field of athletics. He’ll graduate with his bachelor’s in 2025.
Weaver also holds a position with SUU Athletics as an assistant event coordinator.
With everything he’s learned here, Weaver hopes to find a job in event management or sports operations for a professional sports team or college athletic program.
