Kieran McDonald
Kieran Macdonald is a dynamic, New York City-based dance artist, choreographer, and creative, represented by MSA Talent Agency. Originally from Paisley, Scotland, and Edmonton, Alberta, Kieran’s dance background includes an International Baccalaureate Dance Diploma and intensive training at the Joffrey Ballet School, with mentorship from esteemed industry leaders like Ray Leeper, Dana Foglia, and Stacey Tookey.
He has taught many intensives for many studios all over the World. Macdonald’s creative roles include Assistant Choreographer for Alanis Morissette's Las Vegas Residency (The Colosseum at Caesars Palace), Associate Choreographer and Dance Captain for Grease (MGM Beau Rivage), and Creative Director for the latest Christmas In The Air Nat’l tour. His performance career highlights include touring as Dance Captain and Swing on the Nat’l tour of Cats (covering all male ensemble roles and understudying Mistoffelees), performing with best-selling recording artists Alessia Cara and Shawn Hook, and workshopping material for The Prince of Egypt on London’s West End.
Kieran’s commercial credits include a global campaign with Gucci and a performance at Paleyfest for the Amazon Prime Original, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, at the Dolby Theatre. His artistic achievements have been featured in publications like Dance Teacher Magazine and DanceLife Australia.
Averi Rutherford
Averi is a graduate of SUU with a BS in both Dance and Marketing. She was a four year member of the SUU Dance Team and choreographed many of their routines. While in the SUU Dance Department, Averi received many accolades including the SUU Choreography Award and an ACDA nomination for her work. Averi has taught and choreographed for dancers of all ages and skill levels across the west coast. She enjoyed teaching dance camps with the United Spirit Association for 5 years where she was a head instructor. She has choreographed many award winning routines at the studio and state levels, as well as multiple top 3 finishes at collegiate nationals. Averi is the founder of Ikon Dance online dance technique courses and has coached the Southern Utah University Dance Team for five years
