CHECK-IN

Wed, June 16 – 6:00pm – 8:00pm @ Soccer Headquarters (CVHS – southwest corner of building) Thur., June 17th – 8:00am – 10:00am @ Soccer Headquarters (CVHS – southwest corner of building) Teams MUST check-in before their first game and bring with them, their team waiver form signed with EACH parent’s signatures, and a UYSA travel roster with a picture of each player and coach (please have up to 6 paper rosters printed) or a laminated picture id card for each player. Players without a picture can purchase an id card @ the time of check-in for $5.00. You must have your birth certificate with you.
