Pool Play – Guaranteed 3 Games – Number of teams limited to sixteen per division. Chosen on first come, first serve basis.

Registration Deadline: No teams will be added after Sunday, June 12th at 11:59pm. Once schedules are made there will be no refunds.
TEAM SIZE: 6 player maximum; if a team has no coach, one player must be designated as the coach. (No roster additions after first game.)

CHECK-IN
A coach or team representative from every team must check-in at the Registration/Check-in area at the SUU Sorenson PE building, 560 W University Blvd., prior to their first game. You must hand in a completed roster with all waivers signed by each team member if over 18, or by parents or guardians if team member is under 18, including those who may not be present the first day. Any team that has not checked in at the Registration/Check-in area will forfeit ALL games until this task has been completed. Note: Each player will also be required to have a Utah Summer Games Soccer ID Card or Soccer ID from current Soccer league. These may be purchased ahead of time at the Utah Summer Games Registration located in the SUU Sorenson PE Building 560 W. University for $5.00. Please contact Stephanie at 435- 865-8780 with any questions. Players must be able to provide proof of age (such as a driver’s license or birth certificate).
