A coach or team representative from every team must check-in at the Registration/Check-in area prior to the first game. You must hand in a completed roster with all waivers signed by each team member if over 18, or by parents or guardians if a team member is under 18, including those who may not be present the first day. Any team that has not checked in at the Registration/Check-in area will forfeit ALL games until this task has been completed.
Note: Each player will also be required to have a Utah Summer Games Soccer ID Card or Soccer ID from the current Soccer league. You may get them on the first day of tournament play at the venue. Players must be able to provide proof of age (such as a driver’s license or birth certificate).
