Eligibility

The Utah Summer Games is happy to welcome all athletes who are interested in participating
in one of Utah’s premier amateur sports festivals. It’s our mission to encourage healthy lifestyles and
extraordinary sporting events and competition to the athletes of Utah and neighboring states alike. We
openly invite athletes from Idaho, Nevada, and Wyoming to compete in the Utah Summer Games, but
encourage any and all athletes who have the desire, to come and compete with us.

Confirmation

Internet Registrations will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail. Mailed or
delivered registrations can check at the main registration site (SUU J.L. Sorenson Physical Education
Building) before the event.

Refund Policy

Individual Athletes:
A refund will be issued, if a request is submitted prior to the first day of the
event. There will be a $15.00 processing fee. Requests must be in writing and submitted to
[email protected].
Teams:
A refund will be issued only under the following conditions:

• A full refund will be issued if the request is submitted prior to the registration deadline.
• If a refund request is submitted after the registration deadline but prior to schedules being posted, a refund will be issued. There will be a $150.00 processing fee.
• NO refund will be issued under any circumstances once schedules have been posted.
