MANDATORY CHECK IN:  A coach or team representative from every team must check-in at the Registration/Check-in area prior to the first game.  You must hand in a completed roster with all waivers signed by each team member if over 18, or by parents or guardians if team member is under 18, including those who may not be present the first day.  Any team that has not checked in at the Registration/Check-in area will forfeit ALL games until this requirement has been completed.

$300 per team registered by March 20
$350 per team registered between March 21 and April 2

Each team sport will receive a different colored athlete shirt that has a sport specific design. Shirts will be ordered as soon as the registration deadline has occured. Please make sure your roster is up to date with all athletes and shirt sizes as they are the shirts you will receive at check-in and we will be unable to make changes.

How to Register: Register online. If you are mailing in your registration form, send it to Utah Summer Games Registration, 351 West University Blvd., Cedar City, UT 84720. Use Team Registration Form.

Registration Deadline: Final online registration is due by Monday, April 1.

*Schedule and tournament will be based on athlete participation according to number of teams/participants.  Water Polo coordinator will adjust schedule and times as needed to adjust for number of teams/participants.

Event Information

Check-in: All Water Polo teams need to check in at the SUU Sorenson PE building south entrance, 560 W University Blvd., on Thursday, April 25 between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST GAME. Each athlete will receive a welcome packet containing the official Utah Summer Games Athlete shirt and other assorted goodies. All teams must have waivers signed by all team members if over 18 or by parents or guardians if under 18. NO EXCEPTIONS.
