Registration Fee:
$25.00

This is an annual registraion fee per individual athlete. An additional sport fee will be added based on the sport participated in.

Sport Fee:
$15.00

How to Register: Register online. If you are mailing in your registration form, send it to Utah Summer Games Registration, 351 West University Blvd., Cedar City, UT 84720.

Registration Deadline: Final online registration is due Tuesday, June 19. Onsite registration will be due at check-in. Use Individual Registration Form. For doubles competition, lits teammate under "Additional Information".

Event Information

Check-in: Table Tennis Athletes need to check in at Cedar Middle School on Friday, June 21, between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM, or Saturday, June 22, between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Each athlete will receive a welcome packet containing the official Utah Summer Games Athlete shirt and other assorted goodies.
