Softball - Slowpitch
June 14-15, Friday-Saturday
MANDATORY CHECK IN: A coach or team representative from every team must check-in at the Registration/Check-in area prior to the first game. Teams should allow at least an hour for check-in at registration. You must hand in a completed roster with all waivers signed by each team member if over 18, or by parents or guardians if team member is under 18, including those who may not be present the first day. Any team that has not checked in at the Registration/Check-in area will forfeit ALL games until this task has been completed.

$300 per team
Each team sport will receive a different colored athlete shirt that has a sport specific design. Shirts will be ordered as soon as the registration deadline has occured. Please make sure your roster is up to date with all athletes and shirt sizes as they are the shirts you will receive at check-in and we will be unable to make changes.
Registration Deadline: No teams will be added after June 10.

Check-in: All Slow Pitch Softball teams need to check in at the SUU Sorenson PE building, 560 W University Blvd., on Friday, June 14 between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM or Saturday, June 15 from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST GAME. Each athlete will receive a welcome packet containing the official Utah Summer Games Athlete shirt and other assorted goodies. All teams must have waivers signed by all team members if over 18 or by parents or guardians if under 18. NO EXCEPTIONS.
