Porter Ellett
Porter Ellet’s accomplishments as an athlete, brother, son, friend and teammate are an inspiration to athletes and sports fans of all ages. Injured in a farming accident, his arm was amputated from the shoulder down. Refusing to be limited, Porter persevered and became an all-state athlete at Wayne County High School. For his courageous and optimistic example, the Utah Summer Games are honored to name Mr. Porter Ellet a recipient of the Spirit of the Games Award.
